Start Event am Hockenheimring: 11:30 Uhr (bei selbstständiger Anreise)

Hier lernen Sie nicht nur Recruiter, sondern auch die Experten aus der Fachabteilung kennen.

In Gesprächsrunden von 20 Minuten stehen Ihnen Unternehmensvertreter*innen Rede und Antwort zu ihrem Unternehmen. 

Informieren Sie sich vorab über die Unternehmen mithilfe der verlinkten Unternehmensprofile.

Die Besonderheit des Race for Talents:

• Treffen Sie nicht nur Recruiter, sondern Experten aus dem Fachbereich.
• Genießen Sie alkoholfreie Getränke und Snacks.
• Erfahren Sie Insights über aktuelle Projekte der Abteilung oder über den Bewerbungsprozess.
• Sie möchten ein Einzelgespräch mit einem Unternehmen führen? Auch das ist am Ende der Gruppenrunden möglich.

Ablauf:

Career Talks & Racing:
    Die 1. Gruppe startet mit e-Kartfahren und Pit-Stop Reifenwechsel.
    Die 2. Gruppe  führt paralell dazu Career Talks in wechselnden 4er-Gruppen
    in den VIP-Räumen der Tribüne der Ostkurve.
    Anschließend wird gewechselt.

Gemeinsames Cool down der gesamten Gruppe und Siegerehrung der Gewinner aus dem e-Kart  und Pit-Stop Wettbewerb.

Während des Events werden Sie mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks versorgt.  

Race for Talents findet am Hockenheimring statt.

Anmeldung zum Event:
Eine vorherige Anmeldung inklusive Ihrem aktuellen Lebenslauf zum Event ist notwendig.

Transfer: Wir haben einen Bus für Sie organisiert. Sollten Sie diesen für die An- und Abreise nutzen wollen, wählen Sie bei der Anmeldung einfach aus, dass Sie im Bus zum Event mitfahren. Weitere Infos zur Abfahrt etc. erhalten Sie rechtzeitig in einer separaten Mail von uns.

•     Would you like to have a one-to-one interview with a company? This is also possible at the end of the group rounds.

Procedure:

Career Talks & Racing:

    The 1st group starts with e-karting and pit-stop tyre changes.

    Parallel to this, the 2nd group will hold career talks in alternating groups in the VIP rooms of the grandstand of the east curve.
    This is followed by a tyre change.
     
Cool down for the whole group and award ceremony for the winners of the e-kart  and Pit-Stop competition.

During the event you will be provided with drinks and snacks.  

Race for Talents takes place at the Hockenheimring.

Registration for the event:

Prior registration including your current CV for the event is required.

Transfer: We have organised a bus for you. If you would like to use this for your journey to and from the event, simply select that you are travelling to the event on the bus when you register. You will receive further information on departure etc. in good time in a separate e-mail from us.
